[UAH] Ugandan primary schools asked to establish menstrual facilities...

Folks;   This is a weighty topic and needs a comprehensive appreciation.   Girls start their monthly cicles around P5. It's important that schools start educating all students - girls and boys- about this natural development.   What I see missing in this story is the early education for both boys and girls in order for everyone to respect and appreciate the girl students who go on to enter this phase of their womanhood.   A teacher specially assigned to counsel the girls will suffice to contain the situation.   Pojim     http://www.newvision.co.ug/news/644096-primary-schools-asked-to-establish-menstrual-facilities.html
