'The Tames, that popular group of young artists came back from some trip to neighbouring countries. The group led by Director Peterson Mutebi reached Rwanda, and Zaire and they performed in Nairobi. The girls aboce who make part of the team have trained to dance traditional steps, and have got into the cabaret type of performance. In Rwanda the team got the good cooperation of the Rwanda Government, and colaborated with the Uganda Embassy in Kigali. They were then given special permission to perform all through week-days. Peterson says the dances there found a failry big audience which was swelling to capacity every night. In Zaire they entertained people in Bukavu. The team also performed to UNESCO delegates who attended a session in Nairobi. Only recently, last year, Peterson gaev a show to school leavers at Chez Joseph'
