[UAH] By Pass victims and M7 callous response

It's quite distressing to see that
M7 is as callous as ever: to harangue victims of petrol fire about the representatives they vote for is both crude and insensitive. Somehow M7 missed the lecture
about democracy. In a democracy, people are free to choose their representatives irrespective what the 'Leader' might wish. To castigate them for expressing their wish under such painful circumstance, tells you what this man thinks of other people other than his own. I wonder whether he would have a similar
attitude were the victims from Rwakitura and surrounding area? I strongly doubt.
