{UAH} EGYPT SENDS TO UGANDA A SPECIAL PRESIDENTIAL ENVOY

The new leadership in Egypt has sent a Special Presidential  Envoy to Uganda who has talked to President Museveni and they want his contribution for national reconciliation and unity in Egypt. More details in Bukedde.
