"My marriage to the late Esther Kagwiria Letangule is no secret. We had a traditional ceremony at their home in Meru after the birth of our first born in January 2007. Rebecca is living in denial," Mr Letangule told the Nation yesterday.

Mr Letangule, who chairs the electoral agency's dispute resolution tribunal, said the decision to marry a second wife was driven by matrimonial misunderstandings between him and the first wife.
