[UAH] HON. MICHEAL MAWANDA- YOU HAVE MAIL.-YOU ARE SQUATTING ON JAFFER'S LAND.

Folks,

Frank has raised the issue of land squatting, Bobby Musoke last week asked how the Land issue will be resolved when these thieves see the light of the day.  The Chaos will involve the Michael Mawanda's of this current government.

Hon. Michael Mawanda trespassed on land at Seeta and built a school. St. Michael High School. It belongs to the family of Bandali Jaffer owner of Fairway Hotel. They tried in 2007 to talk amicably he refused and even lied that the school belongs to The President's Brother, Salim Saleh; little did Mawanda know that the Jaffers had access to  Saleh who called  one of the Jaffer's and said he had nothing to do with the school. This is how Uganda is run folks.

The matter is in court, I posted the court documents last week, however it has been found that Mawanda and co; fraudulently acquired a mortgage of 500,000 dollars in 2010 and failed to pay back thus the bank claims to have sold part of the land for 10,000 dollars.
The Jaffers had subdivided and have 2 titles, the land where the school sits, 9.8 acres, is the one in contention. There are 5 acres in the Names of Bandali Jaffer & Co which are not in contention but Mawanda refused them access and even threatened their  surveyor with guns in 2010 ( lol shades of Norbet). The Jaffers have written letters to the Land commission with copies to IGP Gen. Kayihura, The Speaker of Parliament, Hon. Nantaba and even written to the President but have had no response requesting for intervention to allow them access to their land that is not in contention.

In the sixties the Jaffer family run a coffee factory called Kasirize Estate and employed many Ugandans. The coffee factory structures are still there as evidence and their staff quarters are being used by Mawandas school staff. The Jaffers have the capacity to revamp the coffee factory and improve the well being of the community around there and put Kasirize Estate back to it's glory of 60's 70's when Amin chased them away and they run to Canada.

They possess the land titles but have been inconvenienced by this man and have gone through mental torture. Apparently they have been threatened with calls but Mzee Jaffer has vowed and is ready to die for his land and coffee factory. Mzee Bandali Jaffer was a Ugandan M.P post Independence 1962, and was awarded for his contribution last year at Uganda's 50th Independence anniversary.
