[UAH] Justice Department: Zimmerman case under review

Zimmerman is not wholly off the hook. The Justice Department will likely charge him with a hate crime. And this is easy to comprehend. The Feds will simply replay Zimmerman's taped call to the police in which he said of Trayvon Martin,  "...these freaking coons always get away with it."

 

That shows profiling and intent. Also, the threshold to find Zimmerman guilty under federal civil rights guidelines is looser than the state criminal statutues under which he was charged with second degree murder.
