[UAH] KATKKIRO SHOULD RECONCILE LUKWAGO AND MUSISI

What is the latest from KCCA. I think the Lord Mayor and the Executive Director should be locked up at Bulange with Katikkiro as a mediator, and by the time they will leave the Buganda Regional Assembly building, they will in a position of signing a minimum program for co-existance and they thus serve the Kampala citizens.

l know this will be sad news for lawyers each side hires but for the good of the city, the Katikkiro and clan heads of Nkima and Fumbe can help so that the situation is saved from going to worse.
