It's a forgone conclusion that this young lawyer will replace his late father as Makueni Senator.
Dr. Kipenji, as we recently discussed, Kenyans have a disturbing tradition of political inheritance. Imagine this kid never really campigned, he was "forced" to stand in place of his sister, Kethi, who was barred from the contest over voter registration scandal.
