Lack of Agricultural Development and Farmers Initiative

Is there anybody who knows how to make cassava high protein biscuits  - as those Idi Amin used to make for his soldiers? Send me the ingredients.

Inhibited by NRM infantile economic view point -

1. Lack of post harvest handling – brought about by infantile NRM socio-economic and political shrouded in saccos instead of direct financing of farm product buying. Ware housing and receipting system is just an illusion. 

2. Lack of farm product quality assessment, which will be brought about by – post harvest handling system, warehousing and receipting. Hence farm products in Uganda hardly compete on the world market (sembeguyas goats/ ankole milk)

3. Lack of infrastructure – cheap transport network, the railway,  poor feeder roads, lack of silos(point a) NRM destroyed Transocean, Uganda cooperative Transport Union etc. 

4. There is virtually no processing capacity ?

If a farmer is sure there is someone who will give him or her a good price for his/her products – why not do farming the more?

NRM do not waste our time - killing is NRM profession stick to that.
