[UAH] Pope John Paul II's path for sainthood this year!

Vatican's Congregation for the Causes of Saints has today confirmed the authenticity

of a second miracle attributed to late Pope John Paul II. This occurred exactly on the day

the great Pope was beatified some few years back. A woman in Costa Rica who had been 

afflicted with an incurable severe brain injury suddenly got to full recovery when his relatives

started praying for his cure in a novena addressed to the late Pope. 

All cardinals and bishops belonging to the Congregation for the Causes of Saints have unanimously 

approved this miracle following an unanimous advice from a seven-member team of experts who all

agreed that such kind of cure and complete recovery in a matter of hours was beyond any scientific

explanation!

It now remains to the Pope to summon a full consistory of cardinals before whom he will sign the decree

setting the date for canonization, probably next December (2013 ).

Pope John Paul II, one of the greatest persons that have marked world history, will see himself honoured by

such a very rapid canonization, just less than 9 years since his death!

Other noises try to suggest that the Polish Pope may be canonized at the same time with Pope John XXIII,

another great churchman who marked his time by summoning the very useful Vatican Ecumenical Council

(1962 - 1965) which has helped transform the Church in many aspects. This was the charismatic Pope whom

many in Europe try to compare now to the present brilliant, charismatic and mass puller, Pope Francis, regarded as

a Pope who is bringing a new hope to the world!! It will be up to him to decide  whether the two late Pontiffs are

canonized at the same time or not. May be some question on logistics may weigh in his decision. The two Popes

being very popular a joint canonization may bring to the Eternal City just millions of pilgrims that would pose to any

logistics a number of problems in many ways. 

In another development, Pope Francis has decided to open to public scrutiny Vatican's secret archives covering the

Second World War period. This step is intended to have everything clear once for all regarding the so called

controversial role played by Pope Pius XII during the course of the atrocities. This decision comes in at the time when

new revelations and discoveries are all playing in favour of Pius XII's rehabilitation. One serious confirmation has revealed

with full evidence how this very formidable Pope saved 11,400 of Rome's 12,400 Jews when the Nazi fascist army entered

Rome! Another late discovery is a revelation by a British historian who has unearthed evidence showing how the Vatican

transferred millions of dollars and other assets to the USA in order to help America's war effort that finally helped to defeat

Hitler and the very murderous ruthless Nazis. And how also other Vatican funds helped many Jews to migrate to the Americas.

There is now a feeling that any illogical accusations on the person of Pope Pius XII are losing weight before the realities history 

is now displaying on the world scene. Many more also agree on one great fact : Pope Pius XII was heroic in keeping the Church together and in trying to see that lives are saved and the conflict comes to a rapid end. He has done miracles and time will soon

come for his glorification by the Church especially as the secret archives won't spell doom for him but will help to portray him as

a World War II hero!
