Read ("From reactive to proactive: reorganizing the labor ward to save lives") and please vote by July 31. Background: Saving Lives at Birth: A Grand Challenge for Development partners recently announced 53 finalists in its third global call for innovative ideas to save the lives of mothers and newborns in developing countries. From July 29th- July 31st, 53 finalists will compete in Washington, D.C., displaying and defending their ideas among development experts, fellow innovators and potential funders. The award nominees with the most promising innovations will be announced on July 31st The finalist with the most votes will receive the honorary "People's Choice Award." |
