An Oxford graduate running the Banker of all banks; the issuer of the nation's currency, the most powerful institution to near bankruptcy????

And yet, another oxford graduate, former Gov of the bank of Canada was sooo good that the Britsh decided he was tooo good for Canada and plucked him to be the Governor of the Bank of England -- the one and only foreignerto head the bank of Engalnd in her more than 300 years history!!!

Heaven forbid..........God help Uganda!!!!!!!!!!!
