-        Lubiri goes on fire – wild cheers and "Wangaala","Land Lord", shouting, dancing, etc.
Anthems Played/Sang
-        Band plays Uganda anthem (no one seems to know or willing to sing the words)

-        Talk about NRM government and Museveni support Buganda.
-        No clapping whatsoever. Some interruptions by "twagaala byaffe!", "twakoowa", etc.
Mathias Mpuuga
-        Mpuuga speaks surrounded by Nambooze, Nabilah Sempala, Moses Kasibante, and other
-        He talks about mistreatment of Kabaka in his kingdom
-        Focuses on the way Baganda people (not Buganda) has been short changed.
-        Says that, after he got Ddamula, Mayega said that he (Mayiga) wants transparency. So he (Mpuuga) was speaking ("awatali kubikirira") about how the Baganda have been cheated and their Kabaka mistreated.
-        Mpuuga says, "Tuwulira nti waliwo ebintu bya Buganda ebyatudizibbwa. Naye ebyo bigambo bugambo, tulina kulinda kulabirako ddala biki ebikomyeewo."

-        Nambooze keeps making signs to the crowd whenever Mpuuga makes a point and crowd keeps going wild whenever she makes a signal (gesture). It is like she is conducting a choir.
-        Mpuuga's speech is very long but people keep asking to continue shouting "sindika omuliro!"
-        Kabaka Mutebi has a steady smile on.
Katikkiro Mayiga Speaks
-        Katikkiro encourages people "okulaga empisa zaffe enungi nga Abaganda" to "abagenyi ba Ssabasajja".

In OTHER WORDS NOT TO INSULT MUSEVENI
-        He reveals that he has been involved in negotiations with Museveni for a long time – started by Katikkiro JB Walusimbi – about Buganda demands and progress has been made.
-        He does not talk in detail about the markets and administrative buildings that Museveni is said to have returned to Buganda.
-        Only says that he and other Mengo officials had signed a memorandum of understanding with Museveni for the return kingdom assets and payment of the Shs 20 Billion debt.
-        People listen politely but no cheering.
-        Signs that the speech Mayiga gave was partly a reaction to what Mpuuga had said and not what he came prepared with.

Museveni's Speech
-        Katikkiro invites Museveni to speak.
-        Started to speak in English – people boo him with "Yogera Luganda!", "Mumujeeko akazindaalo!"
-        He apologizes that his Luganda is not perfect so he would speak "kintabuli".
-        He talks about how he met Kabaka Mutebi, with Yusufu Lule.
-        Talks about infrastructure projects in Buganda
-        People keep booing him with "Akeenda?", "Tukooye!", "Mumujeeko akazindaalo!", "Abalangira Mwenyango!", etc.
-        Kabaka could have been enjoying the circus – has a constant smile on his face.

-        Looking annoyed, Museveni asks the crowd, "Mwagala nkome wano?".  The crowd answers "Ye, koma awo tukooye".
-        Museveni says, "Olukiiko mulufudde lwa byabufuzi?" and starts to let go the microphone.

-        Just before giving up the microphone Museveni says, " Let me clarify this before I go. Abagamba nti Katikkiro ne Mengo basaininze nange bakola nsobi. Sisobola, kukola ndagaano na Katikkiro. Nze endagaano nzikola na Kabaka".
