{UAH} 2016 will be a defining moment! You ungrateful "idiots" didn't M7 discover oil for you??

Folks,
President Museveni has had the following Chief Justices P.A. J. Peter Allen, Samuel W. Wambuzi, Benjamin Joses Odoki and soon another. Two have retired, and another resigned! When will Mr. Museveni do either or both?

And the same M7 has served concurrently with 7 US presidents, and likely 8th after Obama.

Yoweri has served under three Popes and still counting.

He's also been around as our moderator, Abbey Semuwemba, completed primary school, O-level, A-level, 1st degree, masters degree, marry and have children who are now in school.

To Museveni, this is macho & visionary. Unfortunately, it is a very serious psychotic condition he can't save himself from. He is dangerous not only to himself but Uganda. The Baganda call it "Obunafu bwomutima", the Banyarwanda call it " kuba n'umutima mukye". A gluttonous condition for power & aura.

Chinese psychologists believed that too much praise inflates ones ego and make one too big for their britches.......no wonder some one think he is bigger than Uganda by comparing Uganda to a carcass.

To suggest that Uganda has no opposition and hence to agitate for change is a dilemma, is mischievous. For change to happen one doesn't need the opposition. What we need in Uganda is the understanding that one can do so much and leave the rest to the others. Museveni did his part and started to undo some if it. Our neighbors in Kenya are making significant strides despite the mistakes and imperfections that have characterized the process. They have at least moved away from the notion of only one man can run the country. Give them time and they will get it right eventually. When do we in Uganda embark on the road to genuine democracy?

I am of the view that it will only be possible after M7 is gone for retirement and the army is out of politics leaving politics for civilians. The later might throw stones at each other or go at each other with pangas but it can't be as bad as when the army is part of the equation.

And we are facing a clear dearth of ethics at all levels- as he is giving every one a bad example. It seems he has an agreement with death. Till death do us apart with presidency.It will be a travesty of the gains of the 1986 revolution and those who sacrificed for it to happen were he to continue beyond 2016!!!

Let us assess how the man has performed. If he was the CEO of your company, would he still have a job or not. THE TEN POINT PROGRAM OF THE NATIONAL RESISTANCE MOVEMENT,What has been achieved from1981 _ 2016?
1. Restoration of democracy.
2. Restoration of security of persons and property.
3. Consolidation of national unity and elimination of all forms of sectarianism.
4. Defending and consolidating national independence.
5. Building an independent,integrated and self sustaining national economy.
6. Restoration and improvement of social services and rehabilitation of war ravaged areas.
7. Elimination of corruption and misuse of power.
8. Redressing errors that have resulted in the dislocation of some sections of the population.
9. Co_operation with other African countries.
10. Following an economic strategy of mixed economy.
