At Kikyenkye Sub County, the youths are getting desperate and entering
in state of hopelessness about the future of their country. They asked
Maj. Gen Mugisha Muntu,''your a soldier at the rank of Maj. Gen. you
can command all the forces at ago,air, marine,land forces, give us
guns and we remove the regime''? He politely answered them war is not
an option is just means of a last resort, more so a civil war is the
most devastating activity to the country and it puts power in the
hands of few people, who develop a sense of entitlement like what your
seeing to day. No matter how long it takes we must evolve the masses
in the change of regime so that instead of the few gun men developing
a sense of entitlement, the people will be able to say ''yes, this is
our government".
