12. Judicial Service Commission,
13. Health Service Commission,
14. Education Service Commission,
15. Public Service Commission,
16. Human Rights Commission,
17. Law Reform Commission,
18. Local Government Commission
19. Finance Commission, 
20. Uganda Wildlife Authority,
21. Uganda Forestry Authority,
22. Uganda Investment Authority,
23. Uganda Coffee Development Authority,
24. Uganda Cotton Authority,
25. National Agricultural Research Organization,
