I have learnt that while Gen. Adiris lived he was short of cash. Now that he is dead Gen. Museveni is not ashamed to hand out a whole 100 million shillings to the familly of Adiris when at the same time more than 50 of our people have perished in Karamoja as a result of hunger!! The man has lost vision
