QN: There seems not to be a democratic process considering the top
cadres of NRM who have moved out of the Party even those in the
military for example Gen David Sejusa, the other day mentioned you,
alongside Gen Aronda Nyakairima and other people that you are acting
in an insubordinate manner and some people are thinking of doing away
with you. Did that hold water or it was just a conspiracy theory?
ANS: I have not had the opportunity to talk to Gen Sejusa I don't have
his contact, I would be keen to know and I have not seen his letter by
the way, because when we asked those to whom his letter was supposed
to have been addressed, they didn't have it. So I really don't have
the information about what he was talking about. But of course you
know Kampala is the capital of rumour mongering I think in the World.
If you are not a serious person, you can be totally derailed.
