IMPORTANT UPDATES AND CHANGE OF VENUE FOR OUR FORTHCOMING YOUTH FUN DAY

 Dear Community members, further to the previous communication, we would like to kindly remind you of the following series of events that we are hosting on the 10^th August:

1.      Youth Fun day

2.      BBQ

3.      Handover ceremony

4.      Launch of Youth Projects

5.      Dance and enjoyment.

 

We would also like to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances we are changing the Venue for the forthcoming Event of 10^th August 2013:

FROM

West Ham Rugby Club, 71 Holland Road, London, E15 3BP

TO

Saint Jude & St. Paul's Church

Mild May Grove

North Greater London

N1 4PL

(Nearest train station is Dalston Kingsland)

This new venue particularly appeals to us as it will also be close to the main venue for our forthcoming projects which is located in Hackney borough. In addition, it also offers a greater flexibility for the activities included in our forthcoming events.

All other Arrangements for the forthcoming Event of 10^th August 2013 will remain unchanged as below;

Time: starting at 2pm,

Parking:  Is free

Entry Fee: £10 per person. £20.00 per family

 Please accept our sincere apology for the change in Venue.

Please come and let us join hands and hearts together and spring forward, as a Community!
