Police has to get a very clear message that it is not a transporter of suspects it only arrests and hand them to prison services, and the only way to send that message is to go after police where it hurts. In its pocket.

Four police officers and a suspect yesterday died in a road accident after the police vehicle they were travelling in was involved in a collision with an Isuzu truck carrying sand near Ssese Gateway beach in Kitubulu, just outside Entebbe Town.
