This was a very polite and reconciliatory gesture. I'm really taken aback. I hope Sevo took this on board. It's gestures like this that will take our country forward, not resilience and rigidity.

It's ONLY inUganda where you find "Generals" who cannot tell their Age....In 1986, he couldn't tell which month he was born..Now he tell us it's September.
