The Kabaka of Buganda has extended another influential role to his
brother, Prince Wasajja. This is to negotiate with the central
government for the return of kingdom properties, a docket he will fill
with Mr. Apollo Makubuya. In the lead up to the signing of the M.O.U,
Wasajja featured prominently.
