That is the picture of KABALYE INTERNATIONAL POLICE TRAINING SCHOOL MASINDI........... Is this the main Police Training school in Uganda? What are the core values of a Uganda police man/Woman? What do you actually teach these people and who designs the syllabus?

You should also explain more about this Public Order Management law bse it seems to be already damaging the govt internationally b4 it is even implemented. I have so far seen over 10 damaging international headlines, and are all about this law. There is also this cartoon below i was tagged in on Facebook. It is doing rounds everywhere............check it out
