July 23 – On this day a group of senior Rwandan military delegation was moving on foot in the areas between Kibumba and Rumangabo. These delegation that includedLT Gen Fred Ibingira who was to stay in Congo as an M23 military coordinator, Laurent Nkunda and Major Gen Mubarak Muganga were travelling to Congo for a high level meeting and to introduce Laurent Nkunda as the new military leader of M23, as Sultan Makenga was admitted at International Hospital Kampala (IHK) on the 16th July due to deteriorating health.

The Rwandan authority was advised by the doctors treating Sultan Makenga that the general is in advanced stage of his disease, needs a rest and his unfit to continue his role. The delegation also included Special Forces members and DMI's special operation branch; a military officer who was part of this group and we can't name him or rank for his own security told Ikaze Iwacu news, that they where more than 200 men and well armed so as to provide sufficient protection to the big Afandes. This group of RDF men were supposed to meet a group of M23 delegation that was headed by Lt. Colonel Gaceri Musana and Major Ngenzi Fred who had travelled from Kinyandonyi to receive these RDF officers and then travel to Bunagana for a high level meeting of installing Laurent Nkunda as the new M23 chief.

 It was when this RDF group was moving on foot to meet the M23 delegation that they were ambushed. Our informer informed us that it was a compact ambush, and RDF's sniper group of 30 men that was in an advanced section was all whipped out in this ambush; the assaillants used RPGs, heavy machine guns, SPG-9 and anti tanks. According to this informer the assaillants were well disciplined, dare, hardened fighters and well briefed on their executions. The gun fight took approximately 2 hours until the group of M23 fighters that was waiting to receive these RDF officers came to their rescue as they were called on a military radio.

It was during this ambush that Fred Ibingira and Laurent Nkunda were hit by an RPG fragment that was fired at a place they had taken cover. Ibingira was hit on his back, while Nkunda was hit in his arm; Mubarak Muganga who had taken cover in the same place was not hit. The ambush left these Rwandan "generals" shaken; the injured men and the commanders were evacuated to Ruhengeri hospital and later to Kanombe military hospital. The RDF inflicted heavy losses on this day with 51 dead and 23 injured; this group was saved by M23 reinforcement. 

« People may not believe, but this group that ambushed us was not FARDC, it was FDLR mobile unit under the overall coordination of General Omega Pacifique Israel, this man has become thorn to our plans and projects in the Congo. Believe me we are fighting a rejuvenated FDLR that is well disciplined on the battle hardened, with high believes and morale within their ranks; we are facing a different animal from the ones we knew." a senior RDF officer said, speaking on condition of anonymity.

For weeks now, the Rwandan public and media have been preoccupied with the so-called the new reconciliation program by the self styled madman Rucagu Boniface and his young confused apprentice Bamporiki Eduard. But the big story was happening at Village Urugwiro, where Ivan Cyomoro has returned to Rwanda after "graduating" from Harvard University (yet to see any photo of his graduation ceremony).  — After dropping out of west point military academy in 2010 due to lack of interest in the Army, Ivan moved to Harvard University at the school of business and management.

 The Kagames have been forcing and convincing their son that he has to be part of the RDF family in order for him to have a chance of replacing the Father or Mother in future, it's through this back door meetings and recruitments that Ivan Chyomoro with other boys who have just concluded their cadet courses in USA, Israel and Ethiopia will be commissioned in the army as 2nd lieutenants. These boys are not any other Tutsis, they are Tutsis from Abega sub clan. His myopic parents now believe that Rwanda is a kingdom under abega rule, in their Umushinga they plan to change the constitution to allow Paul Kagame to stand again for presidency and reduce the presidential years from 7 years to 5 years, which means after the 2017 elections the next elections will be held in 2022.

 In their big plan the Kagames have projected that by 2022 during the next elections, Ivan would have been a Brigadier General and leading the biggest unit in the army and this is the presidential guard.  By this time the presidential guard under Ivan would be controlling the Special Forces, mechanised units, the air force and a new well resourced intelligence service will have been created under the presidential guard. This is how naive the Kagame's have become, they assume they are Rwanda, and Rwanda is part of their inheritance.

 The Kagames have become law, while the rest of Rwandans have to submit to their « Ubucakara ».
