It would have been better if Govt had given him a Toyota Prado or Land cruiser

 

becoz they are cheaper to service and maintain at...what? with a prison officers salary?

 

Next time pleas try and think for people like Mr. Kip.  Unless of course Govt paid for a 5 year Maintenance Plan already. plus tyres.
