'Pictured above is Mustafa Wassaja, the national light heavyweight boxer who was selected the boxer of the year recently by the Uganda Sports Press Association. It was a verdicht the Wassaja deserved fully for he was a very successful Uganda boxer for the year that ended last. Among his victories were a gold medal win in pre-Olympic context in Montreal and another gold medal in the Berlin Invitational Championships.'
