{UAH} NRM Chairman should apologise to Ugandans for rigging

A number of stories have struck an eerie gong for the upcoming 2016 polls.  One story talked of the NRM stealing public money intended for Micro-finance groups and spending that money on the 2011 polls.  Another story talked of Interahamwe refugees in Tanzania who have been voting in Ugandan elections on behalf of the NRM (are they being sent back here so that they can take part in the National Id. card Registration?).  Couple this with Dr. Besigye's recent statement that he has no trust in the hand selected Electoral Commission and you realise that a free and fair election in Uganda is impossible (remember that all the supreme court judgements on our elections have said they were not free and fair).
Given that Pres. Museveni captured power in 1986 at the cost of many Ugandans' lives and promised us a fundamental change, the silence of his party is not only a shame but extremely callous (like catching a shameless thief who just laughs it off)!  The NRM Chairman should apologise to Ugandans and assure us that in the next elections he will set up safeguards that are acceptable to all the participants (in as far as it possible).  When asked if he indeed did say that the problem of Africa was leaders who stay too long in power, Great dear leader, did some verbal gymnastics and said that what he meant was leaders who stay too long without elections!  Well, great dear leader, we are back too square one because if the elections are of the quality we currently have in Uganda (and Zimbabwe) and with the reappointment of Judges (from retirement) who helped you escape reruns in the Electoral petitions, then Uganda's problem is leaders who say too long in power!
