{UAH} PARLIAMENT WANTS ALL BODABODAS IN UGANDA REGISTERED
Parliament want all boda bodas, their operators and riders through out the country, be registered and they pay tax. This was recommended by the sessional committee on Public Service and Local Government last Wednesday. So when l hear those in Kampala, vowing not to register, l wonder. l have been at Parliament thorough out the day but l think KCCA's Jennifer Musisi has talked to them in a language they do understand. You there is a lot if impunity and patronage in Kampala. l saw some demonstrations guarded by police patrols, but l could not know whether they were pro or against registration and paying tax.
