Someone is finally waking up to their official obligations here.
But the math doesn't add up still. They are taking away 8 vehicles from RAO, leaving him only 2 and yet, they are giving him 12 security details!
How is he supposed to stuff these bodyguards into 2 vehicles? Even assuming that the 2 cars are exclusive of security vehicles, RAO should still end up with at least 6 vehicles.
In VIP protection, the formula is always 4 agents, including the driver, per vehicle; this makes for easy get-in-and-get-out, and room for a suspect or two, if such a need arises.
