{UAH} TOGO AND UGANDA HOSPITALS PER CAPITA

People,

Just watched a documentary of a medical ship called Africa Mercy docked in Togo when a mention was made that TOGO with a population of 6 million baboons has only 2 hospitals serving the whole country. UGANDA on the other hand has I dont know how many dead and limping hospitals for a population of 40 million deranged and confused baboons and criminal orangutans from India and Europe. Which of the two would be be catering better for its people?
