{UAH} UK Parliament votes against British involvement in Syria
Folks;
The British House of Commons has voted against British involvement in Syria.
This is an expected and level-headed vote because the MPs were cognizant of the Tony Blair fiasco of playing a poodle to the tough-talking American president Georege Bush.
This vote also momentarily throws in disarray, president Obama's effort at building an international consensus to attack Syria.
It does not, however, handicap the US. Broadly, Obama can still bring on board Syria's neighbors and leading Arab governments, including Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
If I were to advise Assad, I would tell not to smile at the UK parliamentary vote.
