{UAH} We need industries

There is a lot idle land in many parts of Uganda especially in the north and northeast.
We need to make use of this land in order to create wealth and improve the quality of life for people in those areas and that of Ugandans at large.
To do this the government must alley the fears of the people that it is not in consort with corrupt individuals bent on grabbing land in anticipation of potential oil findings.
