{UAH} YOGA ADHOLA THINKING OF LEADING UPC?

According to Article 102 (b) of the Constitution of Uganda, it is very doubtful that Yoga Adhola qualifies to be President anytime between now and 2016. So should UPC elect him as its leader, it will be like losing a race before the starting gun is even fired.
