wonders will keep on unfolding in the Banana Republic and the hugest is yet to unfold.All you have to do is to keep watching and make no mistake blink.The other day Karuma Dam construction was flaged off by the head of statehouse i understand before finalising contract signing.Read.Without a contract.It's just mess after mess..., nothing seems to be done in right channels... No one wants to accept they ave failed miserably.
