{UAH} BRITAIN, ICC SHOULD INDICT JAMIL MUKULU

ADF Leader, Jamil Mukulu, suspect in the Westgate massacres, lives in London and travels freely. Britain refuses to indict him because he poses no threat to British interests. This is the time to reconsider her stand and indict this fellow. He has investments in Kenya, which must be frozen and confiscated by government.  We cant keep on like this
