It is with a lot of sadness that I announce the passing away of one of my Femela Mukiga friend in Dubai---JULIE KAGANZA. A a humble well discipline woman - a friend to all- I met this woman back in 1999 when she was around 20 years, in 2004 she opened up a bar where all Africans could gather- I will always cherish the moments we shared. the times we spent and the days we took of exploring Dubai- RIP Juli.
