{UAH} Does Power belong to the people?

The opposition should stop wasting time on politicking that will get them nowhere because as they have been assured by the former Vice President that the current Electoral Commission, will never give them a free and fair election!  The opposition should instead go out and get the signatures of the majority of voters demanding a fair Electoral Commission that will oversee a referendum on a number of issue like: if a a party can remove an MP elected by the people; if they want their rights to associate and assemble infringed on; if they want term limits returned (and or that no Ugandan shall be allowed to rule Uganda for more than 10 years - and it should be accepted that since only one man gained from term removals that one man can also be stopped in his tracks!); That Party activists and promoters should never be appointed to any Court's bench; etc.
