Mr President,
You jumped the gun on this one.
By announcing premature results when you know that this matter was sent to the BOT because a person who is not an elected member of the Council voted.
This matter still has to be resolved.

Dear Members,

The 2nd UNAA Council has elected its Speaker Eng. Nicholas K. Wakou, its Deputy Speaker Sgt. Stephen K. Katende and its Secretary Ms. Yvette M. Kibwika.

On behalf of the Ugandan North American Association - UNAA and my Executive Team, I hereby convey our congratulations and best wishes to this new UNAA Council Leadership.  We look forward to working with the Council and its leadership as we continue to grow and expand UNAA.

The 2013-2015 UNAA Council is an expanded body of 16 members compared to 11 members from the 2011-2013 UNAA Council. We look forward to when all 22 UNAA Council Seats are filled. That should be our target collectively as UNAA Members.

The UNAA Council is the representative body of the Ugandan North American Association - UNAA, consisting of Members also known as "Representatives" elected by regions as defined in the UNAA Constitution.  The UNAA Council is also the Legislative body of the Association.

Each UNAA Council Member is responsible for outreach, support and mobilization of UNAA members and/or member organizations in their respective regions, including attendance of a minimum number of local events, established from time to time by the UNAA Council.

In addition to representing regions, four (4) representatives represent the young adults of the United States and Canada on the Council. In the 2013-2015 UNAA Council, all the youth Council Seats for both the USA and Canada are filled.

Each Representative shall present a quarterly report of his or her activities and the activities of UNAA in his or her region to the Speaker of the UNAA Council.

Congratulations once again!
