{UAH} Governor Tumusiime-Mutebile's article in this week's East African is a must-read.

 its spot on and written in a language that all of us can understand. I however pick two things. First the choice of the newspaper for obvious reasons of course. 2nd which in my opinion is the important one,that perhaps he has been telling the big men this issues but no one seems to be paying attention hence putting it out there so that everyone can know that he made these issues well known early enough.
