Edward sekandi enguli temuute?No wonder is our Uganda,and M7 is still buying them off like you buy a child loli pop to stop crying,and we expect those to delibarate issues in the House thats a total joke !!!some of them even applied for a passport after becoming MPs,lord have mercy on this country!!!!
On a serious note this is some of the monies that should be cut to facilitate teachers' increment of salaries.
