{UAH} NRM slavery was abolished years ago
NRM slavery was abolished years ago but NRM has reintroduced it in Uganda.
Reduce districts and pay people who matter. Reduce Minister Jessica Alupo wages and pay teachers.
Prices on all items have increased by more that 20%. Teachers do not have proper housing, have families, they have needs and wants exactly as NRM politicians, and they also want to drive in fuel guzzling black tinted limousines instead of selling exams and rearing goats.
Teachers should not accept less than an efficient wage. If the government can't think first and see that teachers can't survive on slave wages it can as well stop pretending that they are governing this country, which they have destroyed beyond repair.

Forward to as many people as possible. Politicians Knowledge Privilege - With total destruction of the most basic social infrastructure (mass transport, railways, Medium Industry, Uganda Electricity Board, Uganda posts and telecommunication, National Housing Construction Corporation that has not construction arm of its own)) nrm buried itself deep in a social trilemma. If Uganda politicians were not diabolic nrm will be history. nrm downfall is symptomic of; children murder, roadside churches and religious sects, state robbery, slum development, personalised armies, agricultural decline, wars etc. - Now ask how many homesteads with children are there? Why are mothers and so called women support groups do not demand that nrm and its affiliated/opposing political parties (fdc, dp) legislate a law that will require that every child born has a monthly fund equivalent, to a balanced dairy meal and medicare, insurance from 1 day up to 15 years of age. What exactly do these women pressure groups trying to communicate to women folk and why should they vote for these parties? - What is a minimum income to cover the most basic needs in above homesteads with a small family of 4 individuals (a Mother, Father, 2 children) - With prosperity for all what is the disposable income for a villager or slum dweller as the table below shows? - What are the fringe benefits for wage earners- i.e. medical insurance, pension, education, shelter and transport? The Table below offers an insight of what, just a family of four people will need barely to survive in a colonial State Uganda. Where Village African Politicians claim knowledge privilege to Public Administration and Services. Local Markets Based Price index (goods & services)
The above table does not tell us anything at all about disposable income. But consumer will be paying or returning to the state 180,720 shs through vat. It is also assumed that all people have water and electricity. They have a permanent Residence and commute to work. Money wage
Mark you a standard African family composition has a member of Six to Eight family members i.e. a father, mother and four children and at least two dependants i.e. grand mother/father. Now how silly can nrm, dp, fdc, cp, upc lay claim to any sort of development programme when people are barely surviving? That these political parties lay claim to having done or to be doing anything for Langi, Baganda, Karamojong, Alur, Basoga even Banyankole and Bakiga dying of Waragi in Kampala, it is unbelievable total empty talk!! The people must rise up and reclaim Buganda Kingdom. Buganda must secedeBwanika Nakyesawa Luwero Addedum: I do not believe that oil production will improve people welfare and quality of life: a. The oil sector is highly automated and a technical field with very low employment output. b. People will be not producing according to their ability and needs but rather employed and paid according to man hours E.g. simultaneously stimulating both the supply and demand side of the agricultural sector more people can gain from their labour but simply trading off the labour and products and also easily switching to what is more productive to meet their daily needs. The above structure does not work independent of primary arrangements such as: i. Transport facilitation ii. Storage facilities (granaries or silos) ii. Processing capability (drying, grounding or packaging) iii. Packaging capability iv. Marketing strategy v. Subsidies, negative Taxation etc. Which of the above, has nrm political economy scientist done in its 27 years of existence - none! nrm/nra can't even produce packed beef from 'Chinese' owned meat factory in Lira or high-energy biscuits from Kawempe cassava factory for their 'army', which Amin a buffoon, kept doing all along in his 8 year tenure! In fact i - v encourage supply or demand automatically, on condition that I. Medical workers II. Teachers III. School children IV. Prisoners V. The army VI. Police men/women VII. Local administration workers are organised to consume the above items i.e. if National (Libyan) Housing Construction Corporation was building organised human settlements for them. The Colonial government never considers financing University Meals, and School Children (upe) meals carrying mawooru (left over) to primitive village schools as agricultural production strategy. |
