{UAH} POLICE FOILS ROBBERY AT MTN WAREHOUSE, ONE THUG KILLED

Police have arrested 6 armed thugs in a foiled robbery at MTN Warehouse based in Ntinda.

The thugs had robbed MTN Equipment worth 50 million shillings from the ware house.

Police spokesperson, Judith Nabakooba said that the suspects were arrested after breaking into the warehouse early today.

Nabakooba said that one thug was shot dead after exchanging gun fire with Police.

 

 

The suspects include Meddie Kamya of Wakiso, Nkuggwa Vincent of Mbuya, George Wandera of Ntinda, Mawejje Hassan of Nansana,  Geoffrey Habakuramu and Ntege Willy both from Mbuya.

Nabakooba said that investigations into the matter continue.
