Kigali is more creative than any other African city at how to attract tourists to Rwanada. The annual Guerilla Naming festival is already a global hit which this year reported the highest number of visitors from the far East. Now there is this - the annual Dîner en Blanc - Kigali which is a street dinner with all guests dressed in WHITE. The photos below were sent to me by a Muko who took part in the same.
