UWA has been directed to facilitate a consultation forum with a maximum of 50 participants ie in respect to the Gorilla Permit Online Impasse. Tentative date proposed was 13th September 2013 - Mean while UWA has decided to arrange a trip for the Parliamentary Tourism committee to Murchison Falls National Park from 11th - 13th September 2013.
Mindful of this new development it is in our interest and also as advised by some of the forward looking members of Parliament that we push the date to 17th September 2013 so that they are also part of the discourse.
We urge all those who know the members of this committee to pick a phone and call them...tell them which areas to look out for while on this tour, Share with them our areas of concern. When they return, their input will help build an informed opinion.
Question...is it a tactic to sabotage the meeting due on 13th September 2013 where we expect our Members of Parliament to also attend?
