{UAH} Under a Big Tree in the Old Taxi Park !

How important is the old taxi park? Has it a history?

The old taxi park is of a historical significance that KCCA should uphold.

In the old taxi park there was a big tree where Ugandans Nationalists - started the anti colonial war. Because Nakasero hill and other areas in the City were deemed to be  under the British rule Ugandans could afford a city park of their own where they could address their national demands.

A monument should be raised here in the names of Musaazi and company who dared the Bristish trained police forces then.

That is how important the OlD Taxi Park is important in the years gone by.
