{UAH} UPDF recruitment team found Hepatitis B big problem in northern Uganda,

UPDF recruitment team found Hepatitis B big problem in northern Uganda, many youths disqualified. No HIV/AIDS detected on youth examined.HepB is equally dangerous disease, though worse in westnile, MOH needs to eradicate.It would be good if they shared their findings with the health officials in the region confidentially.
