{UAH} Amin is better than M7: Discuss

That is easy, see the state of the medical services, the whole sale murder in northern Uganda, the gross theft of public moneys and assets for private use. Yes Amin was a butcher and there is nothing to celebrate about him. That he is now celebrated at all, credit must go to M7 for in comparison with Amin, Amin now comes off as a better president, at leas with regard to state financial and public assets. No one can accuse  Amin of grand theft like Gavi Fund, or the billion of dollars in inflated cost for the MIGs; sale of Kitante doctors quarters; or the sale of Butabika land to ghost investors who always turnout to be his front men.

Both of them killed with abandon: Amin to save his skin, while Museveni's murders were done to achieve a desired end, namely the presidency. Innocent civilians were killed in Luwero by  Museveni and then he mounted a propaganda campaign to destroy the army while he gained sympathy among the peasants who wrongly believed the deed was by the then government.

He is indifferent to the plight of the people for he views the citizens as a means to his grandiose ends. This explains the the apathy he has exhibited in regard to the horrible state of the medical services. Museveni has never stepped into a hospital in Uganda to see the sorry conditions the people have to endure: lack of medicines; lack of basic supplies such as gloves for the doctor; lack of beds and mattresses for the patients; leaking roofs, and poor pay for health providers. He is happy to hop on the public jet along with his family for the most advanced care not available to the ordinary tax payer thank to his mismanagement of the nation resources. And such expense could buy a year's supply for Soroti or Kawolo hospital. Let it not be forgotten that when Amin had his gout bouts, he hopped into his jeep and headed to Mulago Hospital for his care.

The cost of the Russian MIGS, which were used as a cover for the 40% kick-back, could fix the entire medical infrastructure of the country were the 'visionary' possessed of any sentimental attachment to the country and the people. Some transplants do have such feeling, but there is always the residual feeling for the mother country, which may overwhelm the feelings for the adopted country.

both men are bad, but I have the most contempt for a a thief and a cheat.
