I fail to understand African politicians. They are like small kids at a toy shop.
When will people in Kabale, Bulamogi, Koboko , Yumbe also say a mall is opening in their region. And why all these malls in the city which is already congested - foolishness. They have left the work of turning the city to Musisi instead of going around the city and other towns informing people that backwardness they live in is a result of NRM stupidity and political foolishness.
This dirty city , Bugolobi inclusive (if I was city planner Bugolobi will be condemned for demolition it is tired, lazy and an incubation for all what is wrong in the city) . Who are the people living in Bugolobi flats?
Really - we need to develop a national dish and fast food and then the government can build outlets on Kampala Mbarara Road. Kampala-Nimule, Kampala-Malaba , Kampala -Koboko Oraba , Kampala - Fortportal. Imagine you people who do not drive around with toilets, where do you pup on those major roads (of course in the bush) now that McDonalds and KFC are starting their fast food chian with rotten foodstuffs? They better consult people who have worked in this fast food chians to understand the debacle of modernity.
NRM is the worst I have ever seen- Now talk of UNRA raod design programmes!
