{UAH} clarification: quick suggestions for reforming UNAA

I have been inundated with calls regarding my email below.  To be clear, I was joking...apparently, I am not good at it the way Ben Nyende and Ed Kironde are!
Of course, I don't want the Executive to suspend the constitution. I don't want Brian to rule under decree...my point was that if we can't respect the constitution as it is or respect the BoT, we might as well abandon them.
thanks

Subject: quick suggestions for reforming UNAA

1. The Executive should suspend the entire constitution or those portions that they do not want. They should declare a Council of 8, plus any of the 8 rebel members from Francis' camp that are willing to give up their boycott.
2. The Executive and their loyal Council members should disband the BoT and declare that ALL past BoT rulings are null and void. They can appoint their own BoT filled with their supporters or eliminate the BoT completely.

3. Their supporters on the EC (the 6 or 7 very active members that dominate the EC) should constitute themselves into a new EC and immediately appoint "competent" representatives to the unfilled positions on the Council. All they have to say is that all positions are unopposed , so elections are suspended.

4. If Ms Nairuba's allegations that last
year, Mr Awichu never paid for membership but paid for a raffle ticket, Mr Awichu will rightfully have
been kicked off the Council by the disbanded BoT. In order to remain on
the San Diego convention organizing committee (CoC),Mr Awichu should be asked to renounce his association with the rebel group of Council members.

Otherwise, the Dallas crew should immediately take over complete control of the San Diego CoC...with the help of a certain member of the now disbanded BoT.

The vast majority of Americans don't follow political issues closely. Like wise, the vast majority of UNAA members and most UNAA well-wishers that regularly attend conventions without paying membership fees, are not following these debates and will probably not notice what has been going on for the past few months. Those people will come to San Diego whether there is a BoT or not.  They will also come even if there is no constitution.
These suggestions might seem radical but they are not far fetched.  The old constitution was never followed to the letter. During election time in 2010, UNAA leaders suspended parts of the new constitution that they did not like.

As I said, MOST people that will come to San Diego will NOT notice any difference because UNAA politics means little to them.
